ESCUELAS SAN JOSÉ

Hacía tiempo que las Escuelas San José no realizaba un cambio sustancial en la WEB del centro, por lo que se ha apostado por dar un salto de calidad.

El aspecto actual de la WEB, ayudará no solo al apartado visual o atractivo de la misma, si no que además, facilitará y mejorará la interacción entre el personal del centro y los alumnos.

En los casos más prácticos encontramos la nueva forma de contactar con el servicio de mantenimiento, en la que se nos facilitará explicar el problema que existe o si bien estamos proponiendo una mejora en alguna parte del centro.

Administración y Secretaría

Otros de los más beneficiados son el personal de Secretaría y Administración, a partir de hoy, cuenta con formularios inteligentes que ayudarán a gestionar las consultas, derivando cada una a las personas correctas. La nueva WEB además logra que algunos departamentos sean más productivos, aprovechando mejor el tiempo y derivando correos o consultas entre personal de servicios.
